Hormone balancing ashwagandha cocoa

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk of your choice I use oat milk
- 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- 2 tsp Treesara organica ashwagandha powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil optional
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon, or to taste
- 1 tsp honey, or to taste
Instructions

Warm up the milk in a small sauce pan on a low heat. Don't boil it.

Add the rest of ingredients & whisk until everything is combined.

Pour it in the mugs, garnish with cinnamon, cacao nibs or nuts; whatever you feel like!

- VARIATIONS;
- Leave cocoa out & put a bit more cinnamon.
- Substitute cocoa with carob!
